The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and coordinating automotive services between customers and our service department. Requirements 1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. 3- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 4- Proficiency in Kurdish, and Arabic is required and English is preferred. 5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
