بغداد إعلان وظيفة — المدير العام / مدير العمليات التنفيذي (General Manager / Operations Director) الموقع: بغداد المؤهلات المطلوبة: • بكالوريوس هندسة (إلزامي). • يُفضل MBA أو ماجستير إدارة/عمليات. • شهادات مهنية ميزة إضافية: PMP، NEBOSH/IOSH، ISO Lead Auditor (9001/14001/45001/22000). الخبرة: • خبرة 8–12 سنة في الإدارة/العمليات/الجودة/المشاريع أو قطاع النفط والغاز. • خبرة قيادية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. • خبرة في المناقصات والعقود (Procurement & Tenders) والتعامل مع شركات نفط دولية (BP، TotalEnergies، Lukoil، وغيرها). • معرفة بأنظمة الاعتماد IWCF، IADC، OPITO ميزة إضافية. المهارات الأساسية: • إدارة العمليات والفرق متعددة التخصصات. • الإشراف على أنظمة ISO والتدقيق الداخلي ومراجعة الإدارة. • التحكم المالي الأساسي وإدارة الميزانيات. • إعداد ومراجعة العروض الفنية والتجارية وإدارة العقود. اللغة والتقنية: • الإنجليزية CEFR C1 (إلزامي) – العربية لغة العمل. • إتقان Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة الوثائق (ERP ميزة إضافية). للتقديم: إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى [email protected] آخر موعد للتقديم: 28/02/2026
