Property & Supply Supervisor Location: U.S. Embassy Baghdad – Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Salary: USD 64,273 per year Announcement Number: Baghdad-2026-008 Application Deadline: 11 February 2026 The U.S. Embassy Baghdad is seeking a qualified Property & Supply Supervisor to oversee all supply, inventory, and property operations, managing a large team and ensuring efficient and compliant operations for U.S. government assets. Key Responsibilities Supervise supply, inventory, and property management operations Lead and manage warehouse teams, storekeepers, and clerks Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and disposal of government property Forecast property requirements and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with regulations and provide excellent customer service Requirements Two years of university or college studies completed Minimum 3 years of experience in general services, supply, or warehouse operations Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Fluent English; good working knowledge of Arabic Strong MS Office skills and valid driver’s license Must obtain Public Trust Security Clearance Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Permanent full-time position Opportunity to work in a professional, international environment How to Apply Apply online through the U.S. Mission job portal via “Apply to This Vacancy” before the deadline.
