Job Title: Transportation Operations Officer / Coordinator Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily transportation operations for oil and gas services, ensuring efficient and timely movement of personnel, equipment, and materials in line with company and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation activities and vehicle movements. Communicate with drivers, site teams, and clients. Prepare transport schedules, journey plans, and operational reports. Monitor vehicle status, documentation, and basic HSE compliance. Support day-to-day transportation operations from the office. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in transportation operations (oil & gas preferred). Strong email communication skills. Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
