Field Operator - Job opportunity! 📌 📍 Location: Karbala ⏰ Rotation 20-10 Darjah for employment services is hiring a skilled Field Operator to support operational activities by performing startup, shutdown, inspection, and field monitoring duties for process equipment and units. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Start up and shut down equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, and heaters according to instructions • Perform field startup and shutdown procedures for process units • Conduct routine inspection rounds to monitor operational parameters and detect abnormal conditions • Check equipment integrity and identify leaks, unusual vibrations, or operational irregularities • Maintain constant communication with the DCS operator to relay and execute operational instructions • Detect and report equipment malfunctions or technical issues promptly • Assist maintenance teams during repair, isolation, and troubleshooting activities • Ensure strict implementation of safety procedures and permit-to-work processes • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and complies with all site safety guidelines • Collect operational samples for lab analysis and monitor product quality • Document daily operations, observations, and incidents in logs or electronic systems • Prepare and submit a detailed handover report at the end of each shift 🔹 Qualifications & Skills: o Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering or a related field o 1–3 years of experience in refinery or oil & gas field operations o Basic knowledge of refinery processes and equipment o Good understanding of safety procedures (H2S, firefighting, confined space) o Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts or extended hours o Iraqi nationality only; English and Arabic communication skills preferred 📩 To apply: Send your CV to [email protected] With Subject Line: Field Operator
