Dear All, Bristoria Hotel Erbil is looking for an upbeat female Front Desk Agent with the below responsibilities: ⁃ Greeting and thanking guests in a friendly manner. ⁃ Checking guest in on arrival and out on departure. ⁃ Posting charges to appropriate guest account. ⁃ Anticipating and addressing guest’s needs and resolving their problems and complaints. ⁃ Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries. ⁃ Assisting guests with their reservations. ⁃ Collaboratating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction. ⁃ Complying with company procedures and safety policies. ⁃ Performing duties on a daily basis.
