Applicants must meet the following functions and requirements: • Implement lesson plans, utilizing techniques to motivate, challenge, engage and inspire students to think and express themselves confidently and independently. • Plan activities and projects that are relevant to students’ needs as may be recommended by the administration staff. • Observe and evaluate student's performance. • Establish reasonable standards for student achievement. • Interact effectively and respond to all parent communication in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner. • Integrate the use of technology appropriately and effectively into the curriculum. • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Principal of the school. • Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff and administrators.
