We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Doski Holding Company Location: Erbil, Iraq Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chairman Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the entire financial operations of Doski Holding Company and its subsidiaries, which include construction and manufacturing projects. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, project control, and driving business growth. This position requires a strong strategic and operational leader capable of strengthening financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s long-term expansion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy & Management • Develop and implement effective financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all business units. • Ensure strong internal financial controls and cost optimization. • Analyze financial data and provide clear recommendations to the CEO and management team. • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions. 2. Project & Business Development • Monitor and control the financial performance of construction and manufacturing projects. • Establish and maintain project cost control systems and ensure profitability. • Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct feasibility and ROI studies. • Collaborate with project and operations managers to align financial and operational targets. 3. Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with Iraqi financial laws, tax regulations, and company policies. • Supervise annual audits and maintain transparent financial reporting. • Develop and implement effective financial procedures and risk management systems. 4. Leadership & Team Development • Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across all business units. • Build a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Provide strategic financial guidance to management and project leaders. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or MBA preferred). • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage. • Minimum 20 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in construction and manufacturing sectors. • Proven experience working with SAP Business One (mandatory). • Strong expertise in financial planning, cost control, and project financing. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
