Role: Technician Role Description: This is a full-time position based in Erbil, Baghdad and Basra for a Technical Specialist specializing in printer support. The selected candidate will be accountable for delivering technical assistance, resolving issues, conducting maintenance tasks, and overseeing the installation of Xerox printers for clients. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience (preferred). • Demonstrated background in customer service, particularly in technical support and issue resolution. • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with critical-thinking skills. • Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various operating systems. • Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude. • Proficient understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting methods. • Adaptable work approach to meet diverse requirements. • Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and stay abreast of technological advancements and industry developments. • Preferred certification in relevant domains like support, installation, or maintenance. • Possession of a valid driving license. • Proficiency in languages: English, Arabic, and Kurdish (Only for Erbil Candidates). • Iraqi nationality.
