The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. ▪️ Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives. • Sales Growth: Actively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts. • New Business Development: Work closely with the business development team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success. • Performance Tracking: Monitor client performance and provide regular reports on account health, revenue trends, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Lead the development of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations to secure long-term commitments. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to deliver value-driven solutions that meet client objectives. • Collaborative Sales Efforts: Partner with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service. • Client Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain client loyalty and reduce churn. • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner. ▪️ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 2years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the internet or technology sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools. if interested send your CV to [email protected] or by WhatsApp to 0788 099 8097.
