هەلی کار بۆ شێف لە هوتێل ماریانا We are hiring Join our team Position : Head Chef Location : Erbil We are looking for an experienced and qualified( Head Chef ) to organize the kitchen’s activities. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Requirements and skills: 1-Proven experience as Head Chef 2- Exceptional proven ability in kitchen management 3-Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitor progress 4-Outstanding communication and leadership skills 5-Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes Responsibilities: 1-Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities 2-Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings 3-Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer 4-Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages 5-Remedy any problems or defects 6-Oversee the work of subordinates 7- Estimate staff’s workload and compensations 8-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards 9-Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-coworkers To apply for this vacancies Please send your CV to the following Email and mention the vacancy title.
