Doski Holding is hiring a Civil Engineer to support the Project Manager in Erbil. The role involves preparing project plans, drafting reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic is required.
We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – Project Manager Support Location: Erbil Languages Required: Kurdish, English, Arabic (strong proficiency) Key Responsibilities: -Prepare project plans, schedules, and documentation for the Project Manager. -Draft and write professional reports, progress updates, and technical documents. -Handle formal email correspondence with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. -Collect, analyze, and summarize site data to support decision-making. -Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather required information. -Monitor construction activities and ensure accurate reporting of progress. -Support the Project Manager in meetings, follow-ups, and project presentations. -Ensure all documentation is properly filed, organized, and updated. Qualifications & Skills: -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -Construction project experience with strong technical understanding. -Excellent skills in report writing and formal email communication. -Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic (verbal and written). -Good knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred). -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
