Torch is seeking a Channel Engagement Specialist with 12-24 months of experience in customer service or sales. Responsibilities include managing relationships with channel partners, coaching sales reps, and driving sales through channel partners.
🔸 #فرصة_عمل 🔸 🔸Channel Engagement Specialist🔸 The Channel Engagement Specialist will have the unique opportunity to drive the success of the renewals business via a two- or three-tiered channel model. Responsibilities are focused on managing relationships with strategically important channel partners, as well as supporting a team of Renewal Sales Reps driving sales through channel partners. This individual will report to the Sales Manager and will work with the sales team to achieve key deliverables and objectives. They will also be responsible for potential monthly/quarterly reviews with key channel partners, and the main point of contact for channel escalations. They will also be in a unique position to create channel-specific plays and programs to drive a higher level of performance. They will help coach the sales reps on how to be successful in the channel space. 🔸Qualifications: 12-24 months of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity required College degree preferred Experience in coaching others or managing a team preferred Excellent customer service skills and experience developing customer relationships Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of technology and how a product works Ability to maintain overall ownership and to function as single point of contact for Top Channel Partners Ability to maximize revenue through best practices 🔸WHO WE ARE TORCH IS A MULTI-CORE BUSINESS THAT FOCUSES ON TECHNOLOGY TO BE THE LEADER OF THE MARKET IN THE LATEST INNOVATIONS IN: 1.
