Additionally, the supervisor provides training, monitors performance, collaborates with marketing, and ensures compliance with dealership policies and industry standards. Location: Erbil-Grand Majdimall Required Qualification: A BSc. degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a relevant automotive field. At least 8 years in the automotive industry, including 2 years of senior level. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and leadership skills Proficiency in sales strategies and CRM tools. Language Skills: Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages is mandatory.
