We are committed to excellence in poultry farming and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hatchery Manager to join our team. Position: Hatchery Manager Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the hatchery, ensuring optimal conditions for egg incubation and * chick hatching. * Manage and train hatchery staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols. * Monitor and maintain hatchery equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning correctly. * Implement and manage biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks. * Maintain accurate records of hatchery performance and report to senior management. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high productivity. * Supervise the Vaccine and Vaccination process and quality. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in hatchery management or a similar role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Knowledge of biosecurity and animal welfare standards. * Proficiency in data management and reporting.
