Genel Energy is seeking a Journey Management Coordinator to manage security movement teams, ensure driver safety, and handle operational resources. Candidates should have prior experience in journey management and operations, and proficiency in Kurdish and English.
هەلی کاری نوێ لەشەریکەی گینل اینرجی لەشاری هەولێر Position: Journey Management Coordinator Location: Erbil • Manage all Security Movement Teams (SMT) • Maintenance of SMT manning levels • Provide support in the management of operational resources Human Resources: • Under Operational Command • Ensure drivers hours are not breached during the execution of missions Operational Resources: • A complete operational suite with: • IT connectivity • Satellite phone with communication checks to remote sites • Alert and warning systems (Sicuro Tracking) monitoring • IVMS database Skills and Qualification Education: University graduate. Work Experience: • Former Private Security Company Journey Management Coordinator (essential) • Previous Operations Management experience • Previous PSD Team Leader Experience. Requirements: • IT literate across all windows programs • Written & Oral Kurdish and English #oil_jobs_kurdistan different cultures and backgrounds; deals tactfully with others; helps with various team roles. • Initiative and Innovation - Generates new ideas personally and encourages the team to do the same; stays up to date on technology and approaches to work; provides creative solutions and input when faced with challenges. • Interpersonal Relationships - Builds effective relationships with internal and external customers .
