Al-Sulaymania Company is seeking a dedicated (HR Specialist) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for different HR functions to ensure the success of our organization. Position: HR Specialist Location: Ramadi and Salahaldein Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). · Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. · Proven experience in HR field. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft office suits. Responsibilities: · Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. · Oversee new employee onboarding and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries. · Contribute to the development of HR policies, ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations. · Coordinate employee training programs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. · Maintain and manage HR data, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
