Extensya Company is seeking a Training and Development Officer with a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and improving English language skills.
Extensya company looking for Training and Development Officer: Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and conduct soft skills training programs 2. Prepare training plans and schedules for soft skills training programs 3. Develop and update the training material 4. Determine the training audience and their knowledge and skills training needs 5. Identify appropriate training methods for the target audience 6. Develop and conduct training evaluations 7. Update and maintain training logs and files 8. Implement and coordinate training policies and procedures 9. Conduct assessment exercises for soft skills topics and proceed with proper corrective/ preventive actions accordingly 10. Design & conduct special development programs that focus on enhancing English language levels 11. delivering/overseeing the delivery of training to individuals or groups of employees 12. compiling and presenting information Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related disciple. 2. 2+ years of previous experience with a stable history in similar roles. 3. commitment to staff training and development 4. Ability to relate to staff at all levels 5. Good communication skills both verbal and written 6.
