STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: A university degree related to the subject matter of the interpretation center, such as history, archaeology, architecture, art history, anthropology/ethnology, cultural management. Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in the management of cultural institution(s), cultural organization(s), or cultural activities. Preferred Qualifications: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. · Experience in the organization of cultural events. · Experience working with institutional stakeholders.
