Position: HR Officer Job Type: Full Time Location: Mosel Position Overview: Under the overall supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Officer is responsible for effective follow-up and implementation of human resources activities, policies, and procedures. The HR Officer is responsible to seek out and hire professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skills to fill a particular position. She/ He is also responsible for daily tasks assigned by the HR manager Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: •Recruitment process •Organizing and managing new employee orientation Department daily tasks: • Support HR manager and HR officers in department projects like; quarter KPI, annual appraisal, annual staff interview. • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. • Assists with planning and execution of special events. • Assisting in monthly payroll preparation • Track and manage attendance records, overtime sheets, leave records. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Any other related area Experience: • previous corporate employment • Employment in the human resource-related field language requirements • Fluency in written and oral Arabic • Fluency in written and oral English.
