Dlba dairy is hiring !! Position: Control room Operator Location: Erbil Company: Dlba Dairy Type: Full time job description: 1. Prepare the required RM according to the recipe. 2. Lead powdering labors to do the powdering and fat melting. 3. Prepare the mixture in mixing tank and ensure proper hydration. 4. Contact QC to take mixing Samples. 5. Send the ready mixture after QC confirmation to the destination tank through pasto. 6. Add culture that is prepared by QC to SET tanks. 7. Send ready cultured product to Filling machines. 8. Send product to Traditional yogurt tanks. 9. Implement all needed CIPs. 10. Fill in Production Log sheet all required data. 11. Prepare maintenance request and send it to Production supervisor. 12. Support maintenance team to do the job in the proper way and save time. 13. Supervise powdering labors for hygiene and GMP implementation. 14. Report to Production Supervisor.
