Odoo Sales & Customer Success Job Reference: OD-SCSM-026-3-5 Reports To: Project Manager Location: Erbil – Iraq Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Responsible for managing the client lifecycle from lead qualification and solution selling to post-sale relationship management, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Qualify and manage leads for Odoo services • Conduct discovery meetings and understand business needs • Present Odoo solutions and support demos • Coordinate proposals/quotations with functional and technical teams • Follow up and support deal closure • Ensure smooth handover to delivery team • Maintain client relationships after sale • Follow up on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Management / IS (or equivalent experience) • Odoo knowledge is required • Kurdish / English / Arabic • Experience in B2B sales / solution sales / account management / customer success • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Organized follow-up and client relationship management Preferred (Plus): • Prior ERP / Odoo sales experience • Customer success or account management background • Official Odoo Certification (plus) Additional Hiring Note: Odoo knowledge is mandatory. Odoo certification is a plus. Prior ERP/Odoo sales or customer success experience is strongly preferred.
