We’re Hiring – Warranty Manager Location: Erbil– Iraq We’re expanding! Nissan Al-Sour Company is seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our Aftersales team in Iraq. The role oversees warranty administration and claims in line with Nissan Middle East policies, ensuring accurate submissions, maximizing recovery, supporting dealers, and maintaining full compliance. Responsibilities and Duties 1-Manage end-to-end warranty claim processing in line with manufacturer policies 2-Ensure timely and accurate claim submission and documentation 3-Monitor warranty audits and implement corrective actions 4-Act as the main warranty liaison between distributor and authorized dealers 5-Provide guidance and training to dealer warranty and service teams 6-Analyze warranty KPIs, claim trends, rejection rates, and recovery performance 7-Monitor warranty expenses and support financial forecasting 8-Generate regular warranty performance reports 9-Coordinate with Technical, Service, Parts, and Finance departments 10-Support recalls, service campaigns, and customer satisfaction initiatives Required Qualifications 1-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred) 2-Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive warranty or service operations 3-Experience within a manufacturer or distributor environment is preferred 4-Strong knowledge of warranty systems and policies 5-Analytical and reporting skills 6-Excellent communication and dealer relationship management skills 7-Proficiency in DMS systems and Microsoft Office Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] Subject: Warranty Manager #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
