This includes providing information about properties, such as features, pricing, and location, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Throughout the sales process, the Sales Representative must provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients are satisfied with their experience. Job Duties: · Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to promote the company's properties and services. · Negotiating and closing sales agreements with clients. · Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. · Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. · Participating in industry events, such as conferences and trade shows, to promote the company's properties and services. · Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. · Representing the company in a professional and positive manner in all communication and interactions. · Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. · Continuously improving sales skills and knowledge to maximize performance. · Receive customer's complaints and direct them to the concerned departments. · Provide support to customers by managing and finalizing their outstanding payments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. · Perform any other tasks related to the function assigned by the direct manager. Job Requirements: • BSc/BA in business or related field. • +2 Years of experience in the sales field • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken. • Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel). • Company’s Policies and Procedures. • Strong understanding of the real estate market. • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques. • Understanding of property laws and regulations. • Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. • Customer Service techniques and ability to multitask. • Ability to follow processes and procedures in a structured manner.
