Position: Technical Proposal Writer Location: Erbil (On-site or Remote, occasional travel required) Company: Group & AIM World Services Key Responsibilities: Lead bid and proposal development for federal and international NGO/government clients. Convert complex contract requirements into clear deliverables and compliant proposals. Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, pricing, operations, HR, and partners. Edit content for clarity, consistency, and compliance; include visuals where needed. Track questions, amendments, and updates; resolve compliance gaps before final submission. Prepare past performance examples and resumes tailored to evaluation criteria. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience with federal/international government proposals (DoS, UN, NATO, DoD). Familiarity with U.S. government proposal processes; APMP or Shipley training preferred. Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). Competencies: Ability to write compliant, clear, and compelling technical proposals. Skilled in analyzing RFPs, building compliance matrices, and translating technical inputs. Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
