Camp Management: o Supervise all aspects of camp operations, including accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities. o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. o Maintain a clean and organized camp environment. o Do daily reports 2. Catering Coordination: o Collaborate with our catering team to plan and execute meals for camp residents. o Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation. o Address any dietary requirements or special requests. o Do site requisitions 3. Staff Leadership: o Lead a team of camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel. o Conduct training sessions and ensure staff adherence to company policies. o Foster a positive work environment. 4.
