WEO Iraq is seeking a MEAL Officer to set up MEAL frameworks, manage data collection, and ensure accountability systems are effective. A bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in MEAL with an NGO are required.
MEAL Officer - Erbil Description The M&E Officer will be setting up MEAL frameworks, systems, and processes including log-frames and indicator tables, and managing MEAL tools used within the project programs. She/He will ensure comprehensive data collection. She/He will support the and programs team to ensure learning and accountability systems are put in place and working effectively. Duties and Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Director of Programs and overall supervision of the CED shall perform the following duties: Prepare program MEAL plans, indicators tracking sheets, and MEAL tools in line with the program M&E plan.
