Work Opportunity in Duhok – IT Specialist Wella Company Iq in Duhok is looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT support, networking, systems administration, and application management. Responsibilities 🔹 IT Systems Support Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers. Manage and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows / Linux). Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. 🔹 Network Administration Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Configure and support network devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points). Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Apply security policies and manage firewalls. 🔹 Systems Administration Manage Windows Server and Linux servers. Perform backups and manage data recovery processes. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. 🔹 Application & System Management Install, configure, and support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems). Coordinate with software vendors for updates and troubleshooting. Monitor application performance and ensure system stability. Document technical procedures and configurations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of networking and Windows Server environments. Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
