A prestigious educational center in Erbil is looking for an Operations Officer to join their team in Erbil. You are the perfect candidate for the role if you have: - Great communication skills in Kurdish/ Arabic/ English - Good networks with people in the education sector, trainings, language courses or related filed. - Sense of responsibility - The ability You bring solutions to the table rather than discussing the problems. - Experience in administration or operational role for at least 2 consecutive years in a reputable company. On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to: - Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems - Manage projects and allocate responsibilities and office space - Assess staff performance - Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation - Oversee facilities services and maintenance Working is 5 days a week from 9:00-6:00 and the employer provides safe and comfortable environment and good compensation for your services.
