HERO Company is seeking an experienced Surveyor for projects in Sulaymaniyah, Ranya, Bazyan, and Koye. Responsibilities include conducting topographical surveys, maintaining survey equipment, and collaborating with engineers. Start date is as soon as possible.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 هەلی كار HERO Company for Electrical & Construction Contracting هێرۆ كۆمپانی بۆ بەڵێندەرایەتی كارەبایی و بیناسازی/سنوردار Position title : Surveyor – ڕووپێو Job location Sulaimanyah - Ranya – Bazyan – Koye Start date As soon as possible Number of jobs 1 HERO company for electrical & construction contracting is looking for someone who is flexible, an experienced, driven Surveyor with a wealth of industry knowledge. currently, HERO company is looking for a Surveyor for the upcoming project between Bazyan, Koye and Ranya city. Main duties and responsibilities: - • The surveyor, to conduct all aspects of the topographical survey including, but not limited to, establishing static control, the layout of survey stakes, surveying of survey stakes, computation of raw data, quality control, and provision of final data to the client and processing departments. • Maintenance and correct use of all assets assigned to the survey department. • To collect and ensure the integrity of all static control points. • Use a variety of modern surveying equipment, manual recording, computer-aided drafting programs, and databases to collect and record data of geological areas according to project requirements • Communicate with engineers and site manager as needed during the construction of the projects to verify line route and profile survey data, geological and property boundary data, and contribute to Line design as needed. • Any other related tasks. Surveyor Requirements: -  Diploma in surveying or civil engineering or Graduate certification and completed course in land surveying subject.  Proven experience is required. • Salary range: (1,200,000 – 1,500,000 IQD) Competencies/ knowledge, skills, and abilities: - • Professional Land Surveying by Total Station also in GPS and level. • Excellent knowledge Ms office • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Good communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic. • Willing to stay at the campsite if is required by company. • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met. • Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
