Job Announcement: Native Android Developer Contract Type: Fulltime Location: Erbil/Sulaymmanyah Job Description: A new Startup Company in kurdistan region is seeking a creative Native Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Android app developer will work with our team of talented developers and designers to design and build the next generation of our mobile platform applications. Android programming works closely with other app developers and technical teams. Responsibilities: • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Work with outside data sources and APIs. • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Technical requirement: • Design, build and maintain high performance reusable, And reliable Kotlin and Java code • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. • Knowledge of open-source Android UI design principle, patterns, and best practices. • Familiarity with APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. • Proficient understanding of version control system, such as Git • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, trends, and emerging technologies. • Experience with offline storage, asynchronous programing, and performance tuning • Familiarity with using design patterns such as MVVM, singleton, Clean Code. • Proficiency in Firebase • Jetpack compose knowledge is a plus General Requirements • 1 - 3 years of experience is Software Development. • Fluent in Kurdish and English. Intermediate knowledge of Arabic is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
