Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Job Category: Part-Time Job Location: Iraq, Erbil, MCA Holding’s Office Reports to: General Manager Supervises: N/A Hiring Agency: MCA Holding Erbil Job Overview: The Digital Marketing specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing social media platforms and will help in developing a professional website for the company. Also will help to create engaging content for MCA’s social media channels, moreover will keep social media platforms updated and seek out new ways for our social media connecting with audiences. Duties of the Role: ● Creating professional visual graphics and be able to create professional videos and should have video editing capabilities ● Should be proficient in using Cameras in order to make professional photos and videos for the marketing purposes of the company ● Managing MCA’S social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Viber, WhatsApp, etc... ● Developing a professional website for the company, managing and updating it accordingly. Plus, having basic website SEO improvement skills and willing to learn and develop on this on timely manner ● Responds to customers’ inquiries through the digital platforms ● Hold meetings with general manager and CEO to propose new concepts to coordinate AD social media campaigns and their content ● Analyze our social media platforms and provide weekly and monthly social media platforms analyzing reports ● Create daily, weekly social media content posting strategy ● Analyze our main competitors’ social media platforms and give recommendations based on that in order to be in competition with them ● Manage Viber and SMS bulk messaging; sending messages to the customers and create analytical reports on these on monthly basis in order to calculate our expenses using these channels ● Create a google my business account for the company, managing and updating it accordingly ● Make sure to have our location shown on the google maps plus verifying our location on it ● Performing any other tasks required Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business / Economics / Statistics or other related fields Experience: ● Minimum of one-year relevant experience in a similar job position Languages: ● Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English Working Hours: 24 hours per week (4 hours per day, 6 days per week) Unique Requirements of the Job: 1. Excellent working knowledge of Adobe programs especially Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects 2. Motivated and willing to learn on daily basis, keep updated about the digital marketing technology trends 3. Literate IT skills, excellent working knowledge using Microsoft Office tools 4. Excellent reporting skills in English, Kurdish and Arabic 5.
