WE ARE HIRING! Printing Supervisor 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Icestar, a leading ice cream manufacturer in Iraq, is looking for an experienced Printing Supervisor to join our operations team. Job Overview The Printing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all printing activities related to ice cream packaging, ensuring high-quality output, smooth machine operation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise daily printing operations for ice cream packaging materials (cups, wrappers, lids, cartons, labels). 2. Operate, supervise, and troubleshoot IMAJI brand printing machines. 3. Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and compliance with approved designs. 4. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production schedules. 5. Monitor machine performance, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. 6. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. Manage and guide printing operators. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a related field (preferred). 2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing supervision or operations. 3. Mandatory hands-on experience working on IMAJI brand printing machines. 4. Experience in food, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage. 5. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Working Conditions: * Full-time position (6 days / 48 hours per week). * Shift-based work in a factory environment.
