Job Overview Sales Officer (female) The Sales Officer is responsible for managing client relationships and driving property sales for the Floria City project. This role involves handling the full sales cycle—from first client contact to deal closure—while representing the project professionally and supporting marketing and promotional activities. The Sales Officer plays a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and strengthening the project’s market presence Key Responsibilities -Manage client relationships from first contact to deal closure. -Present residential units and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. -Handle negotiations and support contract finalization. -Follow up with clients and maintain long-term professional relationships. -Maintain accurate client and sales records in the company system. -Support sales events, promotions, and marketing activities. -Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets. -Represent the Floria City project professionally at all times. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or residential property projects. Proven experience in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Solid understanding of the real estate market and modern sales techniques. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Professional presentation and confident sales approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets. Team-oriented mindset with a high level of commitment and discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Confidence and presence in front of the camera is a plus.
