Responsibilities and Duties: ● Receiving inquiries from sales dept. ● Being in direct contact with our agents to collect rates. ● Making the offers and sharing them with the sales dept. ● Operating the shipment from A-Z ● Updating the client with every important detail. ● Uploading the shipment to the operation’s system. ● Invoicing the client and notifying the finance about it. ● Archiving all documents on the system and as a hard copy in the folders. ● Establishing a private calendar to organize all tasks and run them correctly and accurately. ● Sending daily and weekly updates to the management. ● Attending the meetings management asks for, and other tasks required. ——————- Qualifications ● English well speaker and writer. ● Microsoft user and familiar with the general mechanism of software programs. ● Organized, smart and calm. ● Team worker, not a troublemaker ● Respectful with the team, clients and the work pyramid. send CV's to this email: [email protected]
