Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and train staff. - Motivate team to meet production targets. - Optimize factory operations. - Coordinate subcontractors and trades. - Collaborate on project timelines and schedules. - Maintain factory equipment. - Analyze and resolve production issues. - Inspect finished products for quality. -Assist Procurement Team. Requirements: - Managerial or supervisory experience in timber manufacturing. - 3+ years as a carpenter. - Knowledge of joinery techniques and safety. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Must be Kurdish. - Valid driving licence.
