Europcar Iraq is hiring a Driver and HR Assistant in Erbil. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for rental, daily inventory, vehicle inspection, and customer service. Working days are Saturday to Thursday.

Europcar Iraq Company - Looking for Driver & HR Assistant in Erbil Governorate - Working days from Saturday to Thursday - Working hours 8 hours job description:/Driver Key Responsibilities 1- Preparing vehicles for rental. 2- Daily inventory of vehicles. 3- Submitting daily vehicle reports. 4- Delivering and receiving rental vehicles from customers at the station. A full vehicle inspection must be performed upon receipt and delivery. 6- Upon receipt and delivery of the vehicle, all details on the inspection checklist must be completed. 7- All vehicles and keys available at the office are inspected daily. 8- Update the mileage of all available vehicles on a daily basis. 9- Ensure the vehicle is clean inside and out and wash it when necessary. 10- Ensure the windshield wiper reservoir is full of water. 11- Ensure the tank has a sufficient amount of gasoline. 12- Check the tire pressure before delivering the vehicle to the customer. 13- Ensure the vehicle's spare tire and tools are available. 14- Ensure customer deliveries are prompt and accurate to ensure customer satisfaction. 15- Maintain a high quality of service by strictly adhering to customer service policies. 16- Follow the daily work schedule set by the direct manager or supervisor. 17- Ensure that all requests are registered with the branch. 18- Maintain a high level of vehicle cleanliness, washing it when necessary, and adhering to personal hygiene and general vehicle safety requirements. 19- Thoroughly inspect vehicles upon receipt from customers and report immediately any unclean vehicle receipts or damage. job description: HR Assistant. Recruitment Support:    - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.    - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.    - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates. 2. Onboarding:    - Facilitate new employee onboarding processes.    - Prepare and organize orientation materials.    - Ensure all required documents are completed and filed. 3. Employee Records Management:    - Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.    - Handle confidential information with discretion.    - Prepare reports and documentation as required. 4. HR Policies & Procedures:    - Assist in the implementation of HR policies.    - Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.    - Facilitate the resolution of employee issues as needed. 5. Administrative Support:    - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in HR projects.    - Process HR-related paperwork, such as leave requests and expense reimbursements.    - Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. 6. Training & Development:    - Support training initiatives by organizing logistics and materials.    - Maintain training records and follow up on employee training requirements. 7. Process and manage payroll in an accurate and timely manner. 8. Calculate and process deductions for Social Security, taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
