STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Completion of secondary school education. Security Guard training is an advantage. Experiences: • 11 years of relevant experience in civil works. Preferred Qualifications: • Relevant experience in providing technical/engineering advanced skills of project management in terms of conducting site surveys/quantity surveying/cost control and design of engineering projects particularly construction works in fragile contexts. • Knowledge of national engineering standards. • Preparation of work progress reports. • Proven ability to work with multi‐disciplinary teams and liaison with authorities. • Previous work experience with UN agencies and/or international organizations is considered an advantage. • Previous work experience in project management and supervision of activities relating to Stabilization is an advantage. • Good computer literacy (experience with computer programs, Excel, Office, AutoCAD, etc.) is required. Language: • Advance skill of being a presenter, fluent in Arabic and good command in English. • Advanced writing skills in in Arabic and satisfactory in English. #All_Iraq_Jobs
