Seeking an HR Systems Officer to manage global HRIS, support operations, and analyze workforce data across multiple regions in Iraq.
Job Opportunity: Global PCC Systems Officer 📍 Locations: Halabjah, Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah – Iraq Organization: Women for Women International Role Purpose We are seeking a Global People Capability & Culture (PCC) Systems Officer to manage and optimize global HR systems (HRIS), support people operations, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. This role works closely with global PCC teams, IT, and external vendors across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize global HRIS (BambooHR, ADP, PinPoint, etc.) • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance (e.g., GDPR) • Lead global PCC initiatives (Engagement Survey, Performance Reviews, Staff Development) • Provide HRIS user support, training, and troubleshooting • Produce HR analytics, reports, and workforce insights • Support onboarding, offboarding, rewards & recognition programs • Coordinate with country offices and global stakeholders • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field • 2–3 years’ experience in HRIS or similar role • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR systems • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills • Fluent English (written & spoken) • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Preferred • HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) • Experience in international organizations • Knowledge of data visualization tools Why Join Us?
