Brief Job Descriptions: The main responsibilities of Finance Data Analyst are the following: • Analyze Financial Data: Collect, interpret, and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns. • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making. • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, including variance analysis and forecasting. • Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze financial trends and provide insights. • Data Management: Create and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards. • Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field. • Previous experience as a financial data analyst or in a related role. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with stakeholders. • Proficiency in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus).
