We are currently seeking an Equipment Reliability Inspector to join our team and play a key role in shaping the plant’s operational success. Responsibilities Strong practical knowledge of rotating and static equipment such as motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, conveyors, crushers, mills, mixers, and packing machines. Ability to perform routine condition inspections including vibration observation, noise, temperature, leakage, alignment condition, and visual checks. Experience in basic condition monitoring techniques (vibration screening, temperature measurement, oil level, and visual oil condition checks). Ability to identify early signs of equipment deterioration and potential failure modes. Experience in preparing inspection reports, checklists, and equipment condition logs. Ability to follow preventive and predictive maintenance plans and report deviations. Familiarity with lubrication basics, bearing conditions, and mechanical wear indicators. Good understanding of safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and permit-to-work systems. Ability to coordinate findings with maintenance and production teams. Required Qualifications Education & Experience Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial fields. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment inspection, maintenance, or reliability roles within heavy industry, powder, gypsum, cement, or similar process plants. Languages: Kurdish & basic English reading skills (for manuals, drawings, and equipment tags). Technical Skills Strong observation skills, discipline, and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts and plant environments. Important Note: Candidates must specify the job title in their application.
