A chain of cafes in Kurdistan is seeking a Hot Kitchen Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, develop menus, and ensure quality standards. Must have 5+ years of experience managing a pastry kitchen and proficiency in English.
Hot kitchen Chef opportunity in Erbil Chain on Cafes in Kurdistan Responsibilities: -Plan, implement, and manage daily kitchen operations -Schedule kitchen staff as per operational requirements -Implement and maintain a plan for kitchen equipment maintenance -Plan and prepare daily/weekly/monthly menus and the required quantities of products for daily for hot and cold buffets -Develop new recipes and products for rotating menu needs ensuring the required selection is available -Understand customer preferences and make suggestions based on feedback of the menu selection and adjust selection based on costs and feedback -Identify new materials and suppliers within the market to maintain food variety and quality - Ensure high standards of quality are met while controlling food and payroll costs to achieve profitability -Train, guide and motivate assistants to achieve expected levels of performance Requirements: -Language Skills: Must know English- additional languages are an asset (Kurdish/Arabic) -Previous Experience in Year & Field: 5+ years’ experience managing a pastry kitchen How to apply: send your CV on ( [email protected] ) titling your email with (Hot kitchen Chef- EmployIQ ) Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
