We are currently seeking a Mining Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the plant’s operational success. Responsibilities Strong knowledge of quarry design principles, including pit layout, bench height, slope angles, and haul roads Experience in short-term and long-term mine planning and production scheduling Practical experience in blast design, explosive consumption control, and blast performance evaluation Ability to calculate reserves, stripping ratios, and material recovery Good understanding of rock mechanics, geology basics, and raw material quality impact on production Experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and equipment efficiency analysis Ability to support quarry supervisors with clear technical instructions and plans Familiarity with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements Experience using mining and design software (AutoCAD or similar tools) Ability to prepare technical reports, production plans, and performance analysis Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (mandatory) 3–5 years of experience in quarry or open-pit mining operations within cement, gypsum, or aggregates industries Technical Skills Good computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools) Good English reading and writing skills (technical documents, reports, standards) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and field orientation Apply Email Address: [email protected] Important Note: Candidates must specify the job title in their application.
