هەلی کار لە هەولێر بە مووچەیەکی باش بۆ بەشی فرۆشتن لە کۆمپانیایکی ئۆتوموبێل Job title: Sales Consultant Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager & Managing Director Main place of work: Erbil, 32 Park, Opposite of Empire Working hours: From 10:30 PM to 07:00 AM (Sat - Thu) We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Sales Consultants. Must be self- motivated, goal oriented, and have a passion for customer service to guide our valued clients. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car. ➢ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs ➢ Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed ➢ Create database for all the customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction ➢ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media ➢ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns ➢ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services ➢ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data ➢ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections ➢ Contribute to high customer retention ➢ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results ➢ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams ➢ Generate monthly customer complaint monitoring report REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic or a related field ➢ 3-5 years working experience in the Automotive field is preferably ➢ knowledge in sales, including stock control management, and customer relationships management ➢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office. ➢ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques ➢ Fast learner and passion for sales ➢ High-achieving and results-oriented ➢ Able to provide a first-class customer service ➢ Excellent listening and communication skills ➢ Able to work independently, and also as part of a team ➢ Languages: Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic.
