Seeking a Rider Support Agent for Lezzoo in Sulaymaniyah. Responsibilities include managing fleet operations, rider training, and ensuring safety and performance. Must have a Bachelor's or Diploma degree and 3 years of logistics experience.
Lezzoo is Hiring! We are looking for Rider Support Agent to join our team in Sulaymaniyah city. Working Schedule: 6 Days/ Week, 8 Hours/ Day Responsibilities: • Manage, direct and monitor fleet to increase efficiency and maximize service and performance. • Daily assign riders on system, and sign them in and out on real-time basis. • Directly communicating with Dispatch for rider related issues. • Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Assessing candidates and developing effective practices to ensure a qualified, high caliber candidate pool. • Maintain quality of riders and provide effective training and feedback based on rider performance. • Design effective training programs regarding safety, Customer Service and Work Ethics. • Conduct Seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. • Ensuring the safety and hygiene of all drivers. • Monitors performance progress of riders and ensure riders achieve their KPIs of on-time deliveries, cash collection, attendance, etc. • Conduct regular briefing with riders to ensure and improve rider compliance. • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. • Raising flag to management to get needed approvals. • Closely working with Patrollers on reported issues related to quality and coach riders accordingly. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. • 3 years of experience in logistics or fleet management. • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, good level of English. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and very good problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
