Trade Marketing Supervisor Wanted for Leading Baby Milk Company! Job Title: Marketing Supervisor Location: Erbil Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share, while collaborating with the marketing team to align with overall brand strategies. · Identify market opportunities and challenges, and create strategies to address them, including planning and executing promotional activities such as in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives. · Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, negotiate promotional agreements, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, making adjustments as necessary. · Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing insights and recommendations to refine trade marketing strategies. · Manage the trade marketing budget, track ROI, and support the sales team with necessary tools and materials, while supervising and mentoring junior trade marketing staff to foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: · Must Have minimum 3 years of experience in baby products industry. · Good Communication Skills in English · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · Strong understanding of retail environments and trade marketing principles. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
