Job Title: Team Leader – Aesthetic & Medical Equipment Company for Northern Area Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee sales operations within our aesthetic medical equipment company. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance, ensuring excellent customer engagement with clinics and medical professionals, and supporting business growth in the aesthetic and medical equipment market. Key Responsibilities -Lead, motivate, and manage a team of representatives to achieve individual and team targets -Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals -Monitor team performance, KPIs, and market activities -Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical centers -Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotions -Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction -Prepare regular performance reports and market feedback for senior management -Ensure compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices Requirements & Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related field -3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medical equipment, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales -Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Willingness to travel as required -Proficient in Arabic, English, and Kurdish For those interested, please send your CV to the following email: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
