Malia Group is Hiring: Sales Supervisor – Duhok (Full Time) Malia Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join the Malia team in Duhok. This role is responsible for achieving volume, distribution, and visibility targets by coaching, guiding, and motivating the sales team. The Sales Supervisor will work closely with the Sales Manager to implement effective strategies that drive performance, market share, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in sales techniques, with understanding of market trends. Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (mandatory); English (recommended).
