Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Sales Admin Location: Erbil - Kurdistan Region Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Duties and responsibilities: • • Perform all such duties for the overall back – office /data entry / documentations related to showroom and sales CRM . • Perform Front Office handling , customer receiving greetings and directing , as per Toyota standards . • Attending calls , screening and forwarding the calls to the appropriate staff / officials • Assist the sales team , in all sales related database maintenance and up – keeping with 100 % accuracy and promptness on Auto line system • Involve in direct vehicle sales activists , by explaining vehicle details , customer prospecting and customer follow up activities , strictly as per guidelines sales officials . • Complete all documentations as per the sales process guidelines • Performing all reporting and adherence to the direct supervisors . • Follow all instructions message and guidelines from the higher authorities , and management . • Follow all safety regulations , confidentiality guidelines office timings , producers , drees codes and behavioral standards Education, Job Requirements & Skills: • Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written). • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • Related job and internship experience. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • A high level of attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, and to has a background in google sheets.. • Good organization skills. • Ability to work under pressure & austere Conditions.
