Zaloun Company is seeking an IT Business Supervisor with expertise in IT hardware, software, network maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include managing IT systems, providing technical support, and developing custom software solutions.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; 3. Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues; 4. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults; 5. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; 6. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs; 7. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); 8. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals, such as software developers; 9. Maintenance and repairs to systems at all levels; 10. Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture; 11. Maintenance of network software systems; 12. Control over software licensing; 13. Data and network security; 14. Control over and maintenance of user accounts; 15. The development of custom software solutions, where possible and/or reasonable within time constraints; 16. Support of IT facilities for seminars and conferences; 17. Maintenance of 24-hour email and internet access; 18.
